Amit Mohindra is the CEO of People Analytics Success, where he assists organizations and individuals in accelerating their adoption of analytics and AI through advisory, coaching, and educational services. He has founded and scaled analytics teams at Apple, McKesson, Wayfair, and Takeda Pharmaceuticals. Previously, he was an executive at Goldman Sachs and IBM, a consultant at Willis Towers Watson, and a research economist at the World Bank. Amit holds a doctorate in organizational change and leadership from USC and teaches people analytics at Stanford University. He serves as Transform’s Ambassador for the Boston chapter.
